·         -Organization of accounting and auditprocedures of the Company

·         -Supervise junior members for the purpose ofthe completion of Audit Work, Tax Computation

·         -Coordination of work processes with Dutchsubsidiary Preparation

·          Preparation of financial reports Requirements

·         -Supervise the tax declarations and dealingwith Tax advisers.

·         -Ensure that overall production and deadlinesare being met

·         -Supervise and manager the audit work.

·         -Participate in consulting projects

·         -Controlling all financial requests, dealingwith service providers.

·         -Controlling audit checks,

·         -Calculation of Income tax and other relevanttaxes, preparation of all relevant documentations and submission of tax returnsto the Cyprus tax authorities

·         -Dealing with auditors, tax and legal advisersand knowing the Cyprus tax system.

·         -Controlling preparation of financial statements/ 25 companies
