Routine inspection of construction activities ofStatic / Rotating equipment and HVAC works step by step to ensure that therequirements in the drawing and specification are met and that all the worksare carried out in good workmanship.

Check Static / Rotating and HVAC equipmentarrive at site shall have each equipment tag number and name plate. Visualinspection for any damage cause during transportation. Dimensional inspectionas per design order.

Verify the release note of civil about foundationready preparation for alignment and leveling. Checked setting of padding plates,sole plates or mounting plates and verify the elevation and coordinates for X –Y axis preparation for erection. Checked anchor bolt projection and anchor boltcentering as per equipment requirements.

Check equipment orientation before and aftererection.

Witness the leveling / verticality checking ofhorizontal and vertical equipment prior for grouting and for piping erection.Verification of anchor bolt tightening prior for grouting. Issue a release noteto civil and piping respectively after alignment / leveling and verify againthe anchor bolt final tightening.

Preliminary alignment of rotating equipmentssuch as pumps, compressors, gear box, turbine, blowers, diesel engine andothers. Check the soft foot of motors shimming condition. Check the axial /radial alignment (angular alignment) or shaft alignment @ cold condition usingdial gauge or laser equipment. Check the distance shaft ends (DBSE) @ coldcondition and pre stretch especially for rotating equipments with gearbox. Checkthe skid leveling in regards to base of motors and pumps. Check the anchor bolttightening of skid prior for grouting, piping installation to suction anddischarge.

Verify the parallelism on suction / discharge pipingconnection if stress free condition. Checked before and after suction anddischarge pipe are assembled to pump or compressor.

Internal inspection of vessels horizontal / verticalequipments and check the internal attachment required such as demister, trays(odd / even trays) valve caps, down comer plate, filter cartridge, distributorsand others. Check internal cleanliness of vertical and horizontal vessel priorfor equipment temporary or final box-up. Verify the final gasket to beinstalled during final box-up.
