Bricklaying apprentiship and landscaping for 6 years after that. I worked in lots of fields from building to security and also mining. I came to England for a change and ended up working my way up to project manager of building sites up to £4, million as well as building up a maintenance service to facility organisations and estate agents.

Self employed position i created and grown in the last 3 years mostly i had done the same in Australia. I cover mostly residential domestic however i have some reactive maintenance to office, commercial and mixed use. The work is general to light bulbs and paint however is also plumbing and roof issues, These are challenging at times becouse of the problemsolving to find the cause. Maintenance to air conditioning and washing machines/dish washes and ovens are amongst the items repaired yearly. Grounds maintenance, drains and basements are also yearly reviewed. I also repair vehicles for example i changed a clutch and pressure plate to a 2003 Toyota Hiace van on the 1st of Feb 2012 and a general service of the vehicle. I am a brilliant problem solver with a natural ability to understand all engineering. I have good management skills and a team player and equaly self motivated with a can do attitude which i prove constantly.
