At WESTjobs our sole purpose is to bring jobseekers and advertisers (employers and recruiters) together. Our WESTjobs web site assists advertisers in finding suitable candidates for positions through jobs they post with us and/or via our online resume database.
How our resume service works for WA Advertisers
All employers and recruiters can view WESTjobs jobseeker resumes for free*, but have to have registered and paid for one of our Job Pack Memberships before you can request a jobseekers contact details.

When an advertiser views a WESTjobs resume online and they wish to contact the jobseeker, it needs to be added to their shortlist of resumes. When the shortlist is complete, the advertiser can then request the contact details of the selected jobseeker(s). Up until this point all of the jobseekers personal details are hidden.
Depending on the option the jobseeker selected during their resume upload process, an email will be sent to the jobseeker informing them that their details have been emailed to the employer or recruiter directly, or an email will ask them if they wish their details released to this particular advertiser.
